MAX767EAP+T Overview


Capsuled in the 20-SSOP (0.209, 5.30mm Width) package, the switching controller can be used for a wide range of applications. dc motor controller is suitable for 1 output generation. Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure protects the pmic. With this function, you can deal with Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). 4.5V~5.5V is the operating voltage and supply voltage of the dc control. Suitable for working in an dc switcher that has a -40°C~85°C TA. The switching controller is capable of switching at the 200kHz 300kHz position. dc dc regulator is made easier with Surface Mount. To provide efficient switching control, Enable, Soft Start is included in the dcdc regulator. Connected to a SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC, the switch converters are connected to a power supply.
