It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tube package. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. The space-saving 48-WFBGA, WLP package is available for this voltage regulator. In this case, DC DC switching regulator has 1 outputs configured to it. ICs such as this voltage regulator are capable of generating Programmable outputs through their output pins. A Surface Mount mounting is required for this switching regulator. Operating at -40°C~85°C TA is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. A DC-DC switching regulator such as this one switches at 2MHz. There is no dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage requirement for this regulator. The output voltage of this voltage regulator (Min/Fixed) amounts to 0.25V volts. Featuring a 16A output current, dc to dc voltage regulator offers maximum design flexibility. The maximum input voltage of this voltage regulator 12v is 4.8V. This voltage regulator's peak reflow temperature is so high as to make it virtually indestructible. In this case, the DC/DC regulator belongs to the family MAX77874. The maximum output voltage of 1.3V makes DC DC switching regulator easy to operate.
