MAX78615+LMU/A01T Overview


Packed in a Tape & Reel (TR). It is packaged in the 24-WFQFN Exposed Pad format. It can also be used as a Single Phase meter. Available in Surface Mount. -40°C~85°C achieves a higher operational temperature. 3.15V~3.45V power supply is used to operate it. See more similar parts on MAX78615. This PMIC has a voltage of 0.8V on its low-level I/O ports. When using this device for high-level I/Os, the voltage presented by it is 2V. 24 terminations are included on this part. A normal voltage will be needed for this part, which is 3.3V. Joined 24 pins make up the frame. In this case, it is a 24 solution for logic gate applications. The device is a 5.6mA.
