MAX797ESE+T Overview


It comes in a 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, so switching controller can be used for most applications. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 1. A solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) surrounds pmic. There are Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s) that it can handle. Voltages 5V~30V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Worked in an dc switcher with a -40°C~85°C TA rating. It can switch at 150kHz 300kHz. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. The dcdc regulator features Enable, Pulse Skipping, Soft Start for efficient switching control. The switch converters are connected to a SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC. Terminal (s) of the switching converters are designed at the DUAL position.
