MAX803SEXR/V+T Overview


A total of 3 terminals are used to mount this power management. Packaged in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR), power management is easy to use. Please refer to this PMIC for 1 functions. This power management is made up of 1 channels which are available in a series format. IC management is packaged as a SC-70, SOT-323 package. This IC power shares lots of benefits with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. When a supply voltage of 3.3V is applied to the power ic, it conducts. When 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. Surface Mount is the one that mounts power management. It is possible to subcategorize this power ic as a Power Management Circuits chip. This power management has 3 pins. It is recommended that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should not be less than 1.2V volts. There should be no more than 5.5V volts of supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. Power management' mounting is recommended to be done with the Surface Mount type of mounting. This range of temperature should be set for the supervisors: -40°C~125°C TA. During normal operation, this power managment ic can generate Open Drain or Open Collector of output voltage. A similar IC managements number of the manufacturer can always be found by using MAX803, the base power ics number. At most, voltage supervisor can operate at a supply temperature of 60μA. Supervisors from the well-known Automotive, AEC-Q100 series product line are featured in this PMIC.
