There are a number of benefits that this PMIC has in common with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset manage ics. According to the specification, the package's peak reflow temperature is specified to be 245. IC management conducts in a 3V-voltage supply. There is a voltage supply of 1 for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. In total, the power management has 3 pins in it. Surface Mount mounting is recommended.
