This voltage supervisor has a total of 4 mounting terminals that can be used for mounting. It is packaged with Tape & Reel (TR). To assist you, this IC power includes 1 functions. A series of 1 channels can be found on this supervisor. As a reference, this IC power includes TO-253-4, TO-253AA functions for your convenience. Several of the benefits of this PMIC are also shared by other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. The package peak reflow temperature is specified to be 240. There is a voltage supply of 5V for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. Power ics operate at 1 supply voltages. The power management system can be categorized as a Power Management Circuits chip. 4 pins are present in total in this power management. Power management' mounting is recommended to be done with the Surface Mount type of mounting. It is recommended that the supervisor be set to this temperature: -40°C~85°C TA.
