It is a IC power that shares many benefits with other products from the Simple Reset/Power-On Reset line. Packages are specified to have an average peak reflow temperature of 260. When 4.75V is applied to the power ic, it conducts. IC management is possible to find a succession of 1 voltages that have been checked. By Through Hole, IC management has been mounted.
