MAX820MESE+ Overview


This voltage supervisor has a total of 16 mounting terminals that can be used for mounting. Packaged in the form of a Tube, power management is easy to use. Power management is possible to find a series of 1 functions. On this supervisor, there is a series of 1 channels that can be found. IC management is packaged as a 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. There are a number of benefits that this PMIC has in common with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset manage ics. As specified in the package specification, the peak reflow temperature of the package is set at 260. There is a voltage supply of 5V for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. In a 1 supply voltage, the PMIC chip conducts. Power management is included in the Surface Mount mount. As a subcategory, this PMIC chip can be categorized as Power Management Circuits. The total number of pins on this power management is 16. There are 16 pins on the supervisor. Supply voltage (Vsup) should be at least 2.75V for this power management. In this PMIC, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 5.5V volts. In this case, Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type.
