MAX820SESE+ Overview


This voltage supervisor has a total of 16 mounting terminals that can be used for mounting. Power management is packaged in a Tube way. The purpose of this IC management is to provide you with a reference of 1 functions. This power management is made up of 1 channels which are available in a series format. To assist you, this PMIC includes SOIC functions. Several of the benefits of this PMIC are also shared by other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. Specifies a reflow peak temperature of 260 for the package during reflow. When a supply voltage of 5V is applied to the power ic, it conducts. Power ics operate at 1 supply voltages. The mount is provided by Surface Mount. This power ic can be sub-categorized as Power Management Circuits. There are a total of 16 pins on power management. Power managment ic pin count is 16. It is recommended that Vsup should not be less than 2.75V for this IC power. In this PMIC, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 5.5V volts. In order to maintain a stable supply current for the power management, 150μA is the recommended value. This power management requires 3/5V power to work. The power management can work with a maximum supply temperature of 150μA.
