MAX8213BCPE+ Overview


It is mounted through 16 terminals on the power management. It is packaged with Tube. Please find attached 1 functions for your reference in this IC power. Several of the benefits of this PMIC are also shared by other Multi-Voltage Supervisor products. Packages are specified to have an average peak reflow temperature of 260.
