As far as the mounting terminals of this voltage supervisor are concerned, it has 14 in total. Tube-packaging is used. To assist you, this IC power includes 1 functions. This power managment ic consists of 5 channels, each of which can be used independently. To assist you, this PMIC includes 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) functions. This IC power shares lots of benefits with other Multi-Voltage Supervisor products. In order to ensure a good reflow performance, the package peak reflow temperature must be set at 260. When 5V is applied to the power ic, it conducts. In a 5 supply voltage, the PMIC chip conducts. The mount is provided by Surface Mount. In total, it has 14 pins on IC management. There are 14 pins on the supervisor. It is recommended that Vsup should not be less than 2.7V for this IC power. There should be no more than 11V volts of supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. Power management recommends the Surface Mount mounting type. The supervisors should be set to the following temperature: 0°C~70°C TA. While this power management is operating, it will output Open Drain or Open Collector as the output voltage.
