MAX8215ESD+ Overview


There are 14 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. There is a Tube-packaging method applied to IC management. In this PMIC, you can find 1 functions for your reference. This power management is made up of 5 channels which are available in a series format. For your reference, this PMIC includes a list of 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) functions. It is a IC power that shares many benefits with other products from the Multi-Voltage Supervisor line. IC management is specified that the package peak reflow temperature should be 260. In a 5V supply voltage, the power management conducts. IC management conducts in a 5-voltage supply. Surface Mount is the one that mounts power management. It has a total of 14 pins that are attached to IC management. Power managment ic pin count is 14. Normally, the supply voltage (Vsup) for this PMIC should not be lower than 2.85V. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this PMIC should not exceed 11V volts. Power management' mounting is recommended to be done with the Surface Mount type of mounting. It is recommended that the supervisor be set to this temperature: -40°C~85°C TA. There is an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector from this supervisor when it is operating. It is estimated that the voltage supervisor's supply current is 250μA.
