MAX850ISA+T Overview


A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. There are 8 terminations in this harley voltage regulator. This regulator voltage is equipped with a type of analog integrated circuit that is called a SWITCHED CAPACITOR REGULATOR voltage regulator. Space-saving 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) packages are available for this harley voltage regulator. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. ICs such as this voltage regulator are capable of generating Adjustable (Fixed) outputs through their output pins. There is a switching regulator that is compatible with the Surface Mount mounting. Keeping dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature at -25°C~85°C TA is essential when operating. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 100kHz. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 4.5V. DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) amounts to -1.28V -4.1V. DC DC switching regulator's maximum design flexibility comes from its output current of 5mA. 260 is essentially indestructible due to DC DC switching regulator's peak reflow temperature. A voltage of -9V volts can be generated by DC DC switching regulator. 5V V supply voltage ensures reliable performance of adjusting voltage regulator.
