It comes in a 16-SSOP (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, so switching controller can be used for most applications. dc motor controller is suitable for 2 output generation. An enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package the PMIC. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. dc controls with 4.5V~6.5V voltage are supplied and operated. Worked in an dc switcher with a -40°C~85°C TA rating. The switching controller is capable of switching at the Up to 1.2MHz position.
