MAX98089EWY+T Overview


In order to save space, it is packaged in the 63-WFBGA, WLBGA package. It is adopted to package in the manner of Tape & Reel (TR). It can perform highly efficiently in various applications since it is a type of Stereo Audio. A mounting type of Surface Mount is used for this device. When the operating performance is set to -40°C~85°C, it is able to operate normally. The board is integrated with 2 / 2 ADCs and DACs. 1.65V~2V of supply voltage are applied to the analog circuit. It is supplied with a voltage of 1.65V~3.6V to power the digital circuit. Signals are prevented from reflecting off the end of transmission lines by 63 terminations. 63-pin electronic devices are what it is. The pins are configured as 63. Using its base part number MAX98089, it can be used to locate parts that are related. Surface Mount technology is used for mounting it to a PCB.
