Space-saving reasons have led to it being packaged in a 40-WFQFN Exposed Pad package. This package uses the Tray packaging method. In numerous applications, this electronic part can deliver high-efficiency performance as a type of Stereo Audio. This device employs the mounting type Surface Mount. Operating performance -40°C~85°C permits it to function normally. The unit is integrated with 2 / 2 ADCs / DACs. The analog circuit is powered by 1.65V~3.6V.
