For space-saving purposes, it is packaged in 24-WFQFN Exposed Pad. Tube packaging is adopted. It can perform highly efficiently in various applications since it is a type of Audio. It employs Surface Mount as its mounting type. A performance setting of -40°C~85°C allows it to operate normally. It is integrated with 2 / 1 ADCs / DACs. In the analog circuit, the supply voltage is 1.7V~1.9V. Digital circuits are powered by 1.7V~1.9V supply voltages.
