Space-saving is achieved by supplying it in the 48-WFBGA, WLCSP package. Tape & Reel (TR) packaging is adopted. As a type of Stereo Audio, this electronic part is able to deliver high-efficient performance in various applications. It uses a mounting type of Surface Mount. A performance setting of -40°C~85°C allows it to operate normally. The unit is integrated with 2 / 2 ADCs / DACs. A supply voltage of 1.65V~1.95V is applied to the analog circuit. Supply voltage is set to 1.65V~1.95V for the digital circuit. Signals are prevented from reflecting off the transmission line's terminations by using 48 terminations.
