MC100E101FN Overview
The 28-LCC (J-Lead) package is available for download. It is included in this package that the Tube package is also available. The Surface Mount version is also available. The unit has a fully functional Differential output that can be controlled. In order to communicate with it, the NOR/OR Gate logic communication type is used. At -40°C~85°C, we have extended the operating temperature. There are 16 Input (4, 4, 4, 4) inputs in it. This is a part of the 100E series of products. Powered by 4.2V~5.7V, it runs on batteries. Parts with 28 terminations are included in the package. If you are looking for more parts similar to this, search 100E101. There is a 28-pin join between the pins. Installation and disassembly are facilitated by the device's Surface Mount design. This is a 28 solution for logic gate applications. Part 5V needs a normal voltage. I am referring to the Gates for specialiGatesed needs. There is a current of 30mA through the device in quiescent state. Keeping the voltage at or below 5.7V will protect the device. In the compact package, 4 gates are included. There are 2 outputs in the device.
