MC100EP08DR2G Overview
Package 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width). In this package, we have included the Tape & Reel (TR) package as well. You can also get it in the Surface Mount version. It is equipped with a full-functioning Differential output. Communication is handled by XOR/XNOR Gate logic. At -40°C~85°C, we have extended the operating temperature. A 2 Input (1, 1) input is included in it. This is a part of the 100EP series of products. The power supply that powers the device is a 3V~5.5V power supply. In addition, the part is terminated with 8 terminals. For more similar parts, search 100EP08. There is a 8-pin join between the pins. Installation and disassembly are facilitated by the device's Surface Mount design. In this case, it's a logic gate application using a 8 solution. For this part, a normal voltage is 3.3V. SpecialiGatesed needs are addressed by a Gates. In the quiescent state, the device is carrying a current of 30mA across its surface. It is enclosed within a TAPE AND REEL package of the highest quality. As a precautionary measure, the maximum voltage should be kept below 5.5V in order to protect the device. It should be noted that this device requires 3V or higher voltage to operate. In the compact package, 1 gates are included. The device uses 2 outputs.
