Logical driver uses a neat 28-LCC (J-Lead) package. Tube external packaging. Available in Surface Mount. Voltage buffer adopts Buffer, Non-Inverting logic prototype. Buffer IC is fed with a voltage of -4.2V~-5.7V. Qualified to operate within 0°C~85°C TA. Logical driver can deal with Push-Pull output (s). All of the 9 elements are put into use. Digital buffer is one of the 10E series devices. 28 terminations with different functions. Buffer IC reuqires a supply voltage of 5V. Transceiver shares the 10E family's comprehensive benefits and features. 28 pins are set with the electric part. The bus transceiver employs 1 bits for each element. To supply the device, a minimum voltage of 4.2V is a must. Logical driver features NECL MODE: 0V VCC WITH VEE = -4.2V TO -5.7V to better serve the need. Digital buffer is characterized to have 1 inputs.
