MC10EP101FAG Overview


A 32-LQFP package is included. The Tray package contains the following files. Available in Surface Mount. In addition, it has a fully functional Differential output. There is a NOR/OR Gate logic type of communication used in this application. It is possible to extend the operating temperature at -40°C~85°C. It contains inputs for the 16 Input (4, 4, 4, 4) axis. The 10EP series belongs to this family, so it is in that series. It operates using 3V~5.5V power supply. An additional feature of this part is that it has 32 terminations. It has 32 pins jointed. Normal volatge needed for the part is 3.3V. Powered by 4-basic circuitry, it has a low power consumption. Among the products in the 10E line is this one. The maximum voltage that goes to the device should be keep under 5.5V. This device is dependent on 3V voltage or higher to operate. NECL MODE: VCC = 0V WITH VEE = -3V TO -5.5V is also included in this part in order to improve performance.
