MC14025BCP Overview


Shipped in 14-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm), the part is easy to ship overseas. To ensure high reliability, a new packaging method Tube is used. According to NOR Gate logic, the algorithm works. A voltage of 3V~18V is required for the part to function properly. The operating temperature is extended to around -55°C~125°C. Through Hole is the location of the part. In both high and low states, output current is 8.8mA 8.8mA. The series 4000B contains it. In total, there are 14 terminations.
