MC14025BCP Overview


Shipped in 14-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm), the part is easy to ship overseas. To ensure high reliability, a new packaging method Tube is used. According to NOR Gate logic, the algorithm works. A voltage of 3V~18V is required for the part to function properly. The operating temperature is extended to around -55°C~125°C. Through Hole is the location of the part. In both high and low states, output current is 8.8mA 8.8mA. The series 4000B contains it. In total, there are 14 terminations. User experience is significantly enhanced by the part's 3 functions. 4025 can help you find device variants. The part body is injected with 14 pins.
