MC14050BDR2 Overview


Logical driver uses a neat SOIC package. Cut Tape external packaging. All of the 6 elements are put into use. 16 terminations with different functions. Buffer IC reuqires a supply voltage of 5V. 16 pins are set with the electric part. Buffer IC is suitable for Surface Mount applications. Logical driver has 16 pins. The bus transceiver employs 1 bits for each element. Specifically, digital transciever is a kind of Gates. In quiescent state, the electronic part uses 6nA. It is generally sold in TAPE AND REEL package. Voltage buffer is capable of operating under temperature as low as -55°C. Digital buffer should operate with ambient temperature no higher than 125°C. Buffer driver outputs 10mA to its low level. In high level output mode, the electronic parts may conduct 40mA of current. Voltage used to run voltage buffer should be 3V at least. In regard to the maximum supply voltage, buffer driver is rated 18V.
