MC14051BD Overview

The electrical component comes in 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) packaging, which makes it convenient to ship overseas. High reliability is provided by advanced packaging method Tube. There is an analog multiplexer mounted in position Surface Mount. There are 16 terminations totally. A 8 channel electronic part produces high-quality output. If the voltage supply is 5V volts, the electrical component should be turned on and run. The electronic part body is injected with 16 pins. Integrated with SINGLE-ENDED MULTIPLEXER analog IC. In order to power the analogue multiplexer, it requires an input voltage of 3V volts. This switch multiplexer may malfunction at temperatures above 125°C. A setting of over -55°C should be applied to the operating environment. The series starts with 4000B.
