MC14053BFEL Overview


Shipping overseas is convenient due to the electrical component's packing in 16-SOIC (0.209, 5.30mm Width). High reliability is provided by advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR). This analog switch is mounted in Surface Mount. The ratio between the number of multiplexer and demultiplexer circuits is 2:1. Temperatures around -55°C~125°C TA are extended for operation. Totally, there are 16 terminations. The electronic part delivers high-quality output through its 2 channels. In the case of a voltage supply of 5V volts, the electrical part can be powered up and run. A total of 16 pins are injected into the body of the electronic part. Multiplexers built on a SPDT switching circuit are built. There are 3 circuits in this switch device. This analog switch requires a voltage of 3V~18V to drain from a single voltage supply.
