Shipping overseas is convenient with the part packed in 14-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width). A high level of reliability can be achieved through the use of an advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR). It works based on the Inverter logic principle. Voltage 3V~18V is needed to ensure the part's full functionality. The operating temperature is extended to around -55°C~125°C.
