Suitable for work in a 0°C~70°C TA dc switcher. Switching can be done at 25kHz with this switching controller. The Surface Mount allows it to be used for dc dc regulator in general. Dead Time Control provides dcdc regulator efficient switching control. A SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC is connected to the switch converters.
