MC34063AD Description


The MC34063AD are simple ICs that contain all of the primary circuitry required to make simple dc-dc converters. An internal temperature-compensated reference, a comparator, an oscillator, a PWM controller with active current limiting, a driver, and a high-current output switch are the main components of these devices. To build converters in the boost, buck, and inverting topologies, MC34063AD only requires a few extra components.
