The embedded microprocessor has been packed in PQFP for convenient overseas shipping. A high level of reliability is provided by using an advanced packaging method Bulk. uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs type is SERIAL IO/COMMUNICATION CONTROLLER, LAN. The total number of terminations is 132. Turn on the cpu microprocessor and let it run with a 5V voltage supply. At 20MHz, the CPU operates. A maximum supply current of 5.5V can be achieved by the microprocessor. Typical Other Microprocessor ICs cpu microprocessor. The external data bus width of this CPU is 16. Temperatures above 70°C are not suitable for operating the microprocessor.
