The embedded microprocessor has been packed in LQFP for convenient overseas shipping. High reliability is achieved with advanced packaging method Bulk. As far as the uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs type is concerned, this is a SERIAL IO/COMMUNICATION CONTROLLER, LAN. In total, 144 terminations have been made. There is 33MHz frequency set for the CPU. 16 is the width of the external data bus on this CPU. Using the microprocessor in an environment above 70°C is not recommended. Injection of 144 pins into the body of the embedded microprocessor is carried out. This is a 1-core CPU. The 4 serial I/Os are set to exchange data between peripherals.
