The microprocessor is convenient for international shipping since it is packaged in PQFP. High reliability is achieved with advanced packaging method Bulk. It is a SERIAL IO/COMMUNICATION CONTROLLER, LAN in terms of uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs. In total, there are 240 terminations. Using a 3V voltage supply, you should be able to operate the cpu microprocessor. CPUs operate at 25MHz Hz. Datasheets for 240 pin functions can be found here. With a maximum supply current of 3.3V, it has a maximum power consumption. 32 is the width of the external data bus on this CPU.
