The microprocessor is convenient for international shipping since it is packaged in BGA. High reliability can be achieved by using the advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR). It is a SERIAL IO/COMMUNICATION CONTROLLER, LAN in terms of uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs. Total terminations are 357. You should be able to turn on and run the embedded microprocessor with a voltage supply of 5V. At 25MHz, the CPU operates. It can supply a maximum current of 5.25V. With a 32 width external data bus, this CPU has a wide external data bus. Temperatures above 70°C should not allow the embedded microprocessor to operate.
