MC68EC020FG16 Overview


Since the microprocessor is packed in QFP, shipping overseas is convenient. In terms of uPs and uCs as well as peripheral ICs, this is a MICROPROCESSOR. Overall, there are 100 terminations. A 5V voltage supply should be used to turn on and run the cpu microprocessor. In terms of architecture, it is a 32-Bit system. 100 pin functions are described in the datasheets. An example of a Microprocessors microprocessor can be found here. In order to transfer data, there is a bandwidth of 32b. Using the microprocessor in an environment above 105°C is not recommended. An injection of 100 pins is performed inside the body of the micro processor. CPU frequency will reach 16.67MHz at the top. The micro processor can function from 5V. The micro processor requires 5V power supplies according to the datasheets. A CPU is equipped with a 256B sized memory.
