Since the microprocessor is packed in LQFP, shipping overseas is convenient. A high level of reliability is provided by using an advanced packaging method Bulk. There is SERIAL IO/COMMUNICATION CONTROLLER, LAN SERIAL IO/COMMUNICATION CONTROLLER, LAN in the uPs, uCs, or peripheral ICs categories. A total of 100 terminations have been recorded.
