MC68SEC000FU16 Overview


Due to its QFP packaging, it is convenient to ship overseas. Using advanced packaging techniques Bulk, high reliability is ensured. I would rate this as a MICROPROCESSOR for the uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs type. A total of 64 terminations have been recorded. A 3.3V voltage supply should be used to turn on and run the cpu microprocessor. An architecture based on 32 bits is used. At 16MHz, the CPU operates. An example of a Microprocessors microprocessor can be found here. There is a wide width of 16 on the external data bus of this CPU. Using the microprocessor in an environment above 70°C is not recommended. Embedded microprocessor bodies are injected with 64 pins. The CPU has 1 cores. It is specified in the datasheet that this micro processor requires 5V power supplies. It is not possible to supply a voltage to the CPU higher than 50mA. Don't forget the microprocessor's additional features like: CAN ALSO OPERATE WITH 5V SUPPLY.
