The part comes in 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) packaging, which makes it convenient to ship overseas. To ensure high reliability, a new packaging method Tube is used. NAND Gate logic is the basis of its operation. To ensure the part's full function, a voltage of 2V~6V is needed. Increasing operating temperature to around -55°C~125°C. There is a hole in Surface Mount for mounting the part. There is 24mA 24mA output current in the high or low states. 74AC is the series it belongs to. In total, 14 terminations have occurred.
