The part comes in 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) packaging, which makes it convenient to ship overseas. To ensure high reliability, a new packaging method Tube is used. Based on the NAND Gate logic principle, it works. In order for the part to function correctly, a voltage of 2V~6V is required. An extended operating temperature of -55°C~125°C degrees Celsius.
