MC74HC245ADW Overview


Logical driver uses a neat SOIC package. 20 terminations with different functions. Buffer IC reuqires a supply voltage of 3V. This logical driver is a member of the HC/UH family. 20 pins are set with the electric part. Logical driver has 20 pins. Enhanced with 2 ports. The digital buffer starts up under COMMON CONTROL control technology. It is generally sold in RAIL package. 8 bits are included within the electrical component. Voltage buffer is capable of operating under temperature as low as -55°C. Digital buffer should operate with ambient temperature no higher than 125°C. Buffer driver outputs 7.8mA to its low level. In high level output mode, the electronic parts may conduct -7.8mA of current. Voltage used to run voltage buffer should be 2V at least. In regard to the maximum supply voltage, buffer driver is rated 6V.
