Logical driver uses a neat SC package. Cut Tape external packaging. 5 terminations with different functions. Buffer IC reuqires a supply voltage of 3.3V. There is a AHC/VHC family part that is attached to this electronic component. 5 pins are set with the electric part. Buffer IC is suitable for Surface Mount applications. Logical driver has 5 pins. Enhanced with 2 ports. The bus transceiver employs 1 bits for each element. The digital buffer starts up under ENABLE HIGH control technology. In quiescent state, the electronic part uses 1μA. It is generally sold in TAPE AND REEL package. Voltage buffer is capable of operating under temperature as low as -55°C. Digital buffer should operate with ambient temperature no higher than 125°C. Buffer driver outputs 8mA to its low level. In high level output mode, the electronic parts may conduct -8mA of current. Voltage used to run voltage buffer should be 2V at least. In regard to the maximum supply voltage, buffer driver is rated 5.5V. Wireless transceiver is able to output 3 lines. It is known as a BUS DRIVER logic IC. Digital buffer is characterized to have 1 inputs.
