Due to its 14-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) packaging, the part is convenient for international shipping. To ensure high reliability, a new packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. It works based on the Inverter logic principle. A voltage of 4.5V~5.5V is required for the part to function properly. Operating temperature extended to -55°C~125°C. Part Surface Mount is mounted. There is 8mA 8mA output current in the high or low states. It comes from the 74VHCT series. Total terminations are 14. It has 6 functions that enhance user experience significantly.
