Packed in 529-FBGA, the microprocessor is convenient for shipping overseas. In order to provide high reliability, advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. In terms of uPs and uCs as well as peripheral ICs, this is a MICROPROCESSOR, RISC. Use MCIMX536 when searching for variants of the embedded microprocessor. To date, there have been 529 terminations.
