MCP101-475DI/TO Overview


Power management is packaged in a Bulk way. In this PMIC, you can find TO-226-3, TO-92-3 (TO-226AA) functions for your reference. There are a lot of similarities between this IC management and other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. There is a voltage supply of 1 for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. Through Hole mounts power management on the wall. 3 pins make up the power management. A voltage (Vsup) that doesn't fall below 1V as the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be applied to this IC power in order to ensure its proper operation. It is recommended that the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this IC power be no more than 5.5V volts. Through Hole is the recommended mounting type. The supervisors should be set to the following temperature: -40°C~85°C TA. As a result of this supervisor's operation, the output voltage is Push-Pull, Totem Pole. In order to maintain a stable supply current for the power management, 60μA is the recommended value. You can always use MCP101, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer. If you want to work with PMIC chip, you will need to supply PMIC chip with a temperature at least of 60μA. With 1 elements, this supervisor is used in all areas of target applications.
