There are many benefits that this IC power shares with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products as well. The package peak reflow temperature is specified to be 260. There is a voltage supply of 1 for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. Surface Mount is the one that mounts power management. It is possible to subcategorize this power ic as a Power Management Circuits chip. The total number of pins on this power management is 3. Pin count of the power management is 3. IC management can only work with a supply voltage of 1V volts. In this PMIC, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 5.5V volts.
