There are 3 terminals on this power management that allow it to be mounted. This power ic is packaged in a way that looks like a Tape & Reel (TR). The purpose of this IC management is to provide you with a reference of 1 functions. On this supervisor, there is a series of 1 channels that can be found. To assist you, this PMIC includes SC-70, SOT-323 functions. There are many benefits that this IC power shares with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products as well. A supply voltage of 1 is used to conduct the PMIC chip. Surface Mount mounts power management on the wall. 3 pins are present in total in this power management. This power management system has 3 pins. Normally, the supply voltage (Vsup) for this PMIC should not be lower than 1V. In this PMIC, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 5.5V volts. Surface Mount mounting is recommended. Temperature setting for the supervisors should be -40°C~125°C TA. Power management has an output of Open Drain or Open Collector during operation. It is estimated that the voltage supervisor's supply current is 1.75μA. To find similar IC managements from the manufacturer, you can always search by MCP111. If you want to work with PMIC chip, you will need to supply PMIC chip with a temperature at least of 1.75μA.
