MCP120-315I/SN Overview
There are 8 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. Packaging is in the form of a Tube. In this PMIC, you can find 1 functions for your reference. On this supervisor, there is a series of 1 channels that can be found. Please refer to power management for 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) functions. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. Specifies a reflow peak temperature of 260 for the package during reflow. When 5V is applied to the power ic, it conducts. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 1. By Surface Mount, IC management has been mounted. The power management belongs to the Power Management Circuits subcategory. 8 pins are present in total in this power management. There are 8 pins on the power managment ic. In order for this PMIC to work correctly, the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be greater than 1V. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) is not to exceed 5.5V volts in this IC management. Power management' mounting is recommended to be done with the Surface Mount type of mounting. This range of temperature should be set for the supervisors: -40°C~85°C TA.
