MCP121T-300E/LB Overview
There are 3 terminals connected to this power management, which makes it easy to mount. Packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR)-shape, IC management comes with a number of features. In this PMIC, you can find 1 functions for your reference. Power management consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. There are SC-70, SOT-323 functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. There are a number of benefits that this PMIC has in common with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset manage ics. According to the specification, the package's peak reflow temperature is specified to be 260. IC management conducts in a 1-voltage supply. Surface Mount mounts power management on the wall. There is a subcategory of this power ic known as Power Management Circuits. 3 pins are present in total in this power management. 3 pins make up the power management. A voltage (Vsup) that doesn't fall below 1V as the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be applied to this IC power in order to ensure its proper operation. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) is not to exceed 5.5V volts in this IC management. Power management' mounting is recommended to be done with the Surface Mount type of mounting. Temperature setting for the supervisors should be -40°C~125°C TA. While this power management is operating, it will output Open Drain or Open Collector as the output voltage. In order to maintain a stable supply current for the power management, 20μA is the recommended value. It is always advisable to use MCP121, the base supervisor number, when searching for similar PMICs from the manufacturer. The maximum supply temperature voltage supervisor can handle is 20μA.
