It uses the Tube package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. This harley voltage regulator has 10 terminations. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 10-VFDFN Exposed Pad package. In this case, DC DC switching regulator has 1 outputs configured to it. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Fixed output generated. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. This voltage regulator 12v should operate at a temperature of -40°C~125°C TJ when operating. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is 650kHz. Despite its low input voltage, this voltage regulator can operate. This voltage regulator's peak reflow temperature is so high as to make it virtually indestructible.
