MCP130-460DI/TO Overview


A total of 3 terminals are used to mount this power management. This power ic is packaged in a way that looks like a Bulk. Please find attached 1 functions for your reference in this IC power. Power management consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. IC management is packaged as a TO-226-3, TO-92-3 (TO-226AA) package. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 5V. When a supply voltage of 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. The power management is mounted by a Through Hole-axis. It is possible to subcategorize this power ic as a Power Management Circuits chip. In total, IC powers are 3 pins on the board. 3 pins are present on the power management system. A voltage (Vsup) that doesn't fall below 1V as the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be applied to this IC power in order to ensure its proper operation. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) is not to exceed 5.5V volts in this IC management. Mounting type Through Hole is recommended. The supervisors should be set to the following temperature: -40°C~85°C TA. During normal operation, this power managment ic can generate Open Drain or Open Collector of output voltage. The supervisor's supply current is specified to 60μA. You can always use MCP130, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer. A maximum supply temperature of 60μA can be used.
